All good things must come to an end 😊
You haven’t seen the time go by, and the end of your stay is approaching…
The studio must be vacated by 1:00 p.m., and the keys returned to the lockbox so they are available for the next guests.
The studio must be left clean and tidy.
End-of-stay cleaning:

I ask you to be very vigilant on this point.
Cleaning expectations can vary greatly from one person to another, and remember that when you arrived, you assessed the level of cleanliness left by the previous guests. The next guests will do the same and may be more demanding than you were.
Cleaning deposit:
The fees charged by the concierge for cleaning range from €100 to €300 depending on the overall condition of the studio and, above all, the urgency. I may have to retain the deposit in the event of a clear failure to meet the cleaning requirements in order to arrange the necessary service.
But rest assured, I know the general condition of the studio and I will be able to distinguish between a tenant’s lack of cleanliness and an issue related to the studio’s maintenance itself.
To provide some guidance regarding the cleaning, I kindly ask you to:
- In the bathroom: Empty the small trash bin, clean the toilet bowl, clean the shower/bathtub, sink, and countertop, and clean the floor.
- In the kitchen: Ensure the countertop is clean, dishes are washed and put away, shelves are clean, oven and microwave are clean, fridge is emptied and cleaned, and thoroughly clean the raclette and fondue appliances if you have used them.
- In the living room: Tidy it as it was when you arrived. Clean the table thoroughly. Remove any crumbs from the sofa or beds. Put the bedspreads back in place and place the folded duvets and pillows on the beds.
- In the alcove: Put the bedspreads back in place and place the folded duvets and pillows on the beds.
- Floors: Vacuum all carpeted areas and mop the hallway and bathroom floors.

A WhatsApp video call will allow us to carry out a quick check of the property’s condition.
Trash

Trash and glass must be taken to the containers located at the exit of the elevators, on the right as you leave the residence.

When leaving
Do not leave anything on the balcony when you vacate the studio. Please bring the chairs and table back inside.
Leave the fridge door slightly open, possibly wedging it with the vegetable drawer so that it does not close again, and switch the fridge off by setting it to zero.
Close the balcony using the black latch.
Close the curtains.
Call me for a whatsapp inspection.
Turn off the electricity if I have asked you to do so.
Let me know if there has been any damage or breakage so that I can arrange for replacements. Don’t worry — everyone breaks a plate or a glass sometimes…
Before leaving, take a moment to check that you haven’t forgotten anything. As I am not on site, any forgotten items will likely be picked up by the next guests (or the ones after them), and I absolutely cannot guarantee that I will be able to return them to you.
Lock the studio and place the keys in the key box.
Contact me on WhatsApp visio so we can carry out a quick check of the property’s condition.

Early Arrival or Late Departure
To ensure that everyone can make the most of their stay, tenants are asked to share access to the studio between arriving and departing guests so that luggage can be dropped off upon arrival or stored after departure, remembering to leave the keys in the secure lockbox if they need to step out.
You must inform the owner of your arrival and departure times to properly manage the transition.
The departing tenant must clean the studio before leaving.
If the departing guest wishes to enjoy their day skiing and leave their belongings in the studio, they must clean the studio before leaving, call the owner to carry out a video check-out inspection, and leave the keys in the lockbox when departing so that the arriving guest can access the studio.
The arriving tenant may then access the studio as soon as they arrive at the resort. They must also leave the keys in the lockbox if they need to step out, so that the departing guest can retrieve their luggage.
This way, everyone can make the most of their arrival and departure day, remembering to leave the keys in the secure lockbox if they need to be away.
