Key points to remember:
- Linen is not provided. You will therefore need to bring your own bed linen and towels. There are pillows and blankets in the studio, but no sheets or pillowcases. You can rent linen sets, but you must reserve them in advance. Please contact me if you need to rent linen (2 beds 90×190, 1 beds 140×190)

- Cleaning must be done at the end of your stay. You will need to contact me via WhatsApp to do a video call and check the overall condition of the studio. If cleaning is not done or is unsatisfactory, a €200 deposit will be retained.

Getting the keys:
You will fin the keys in a secure box, in the sky case at the entrance of the residence.

Check in :
Please do a quick tour of the studio and inform me if you find any broken items, or if the cleaning done by previous tenants is not satisfactory so I can retain their deposit of 200€.
You are asked to respect the premises and the neighborhood. Noise is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

The studio must be left clean, otherwise a €200 deposit will be charged.
For cleaning:
- In the bathroom: Empty the small trash can, clean the toilet bowl, clean the shower and sink and countertop, clean the floor.
- In the kitchen: Clean countertop, dishes washed and put away, clean shelves, clean oven and microwave, refrigerator emptied and cleaned, properly clean the raclette and fondue appliances if you have used them.
- In the living room: Arrange it as it was upon your arrival. Clean the table thoroughly. Remove any crumbs from the beds. Replace the bedspreads and place the folded duvets on the beds with the pillows on the beds.
- Floor: Vacuum all carpeted areas and mop the hallway and bathroom surfaces.
Trash and glass must be taken to the containers you will on the parking. You can also bring trash to the trash local, the left door just leaving the reseidence.
When leaving:
- Turn off the power if I have asked you to.
- Let me know if there has been any damage or breakage, so that I can make arrangements for replacement. Don’t panic, it happens to everyone to break a plate or a glass…
- Before leaving, take a look around to check that you haven’t forgotten anything. Not being on site, your forgotten items will probably be taken by the next guests (or the ones after that), and I absolutely cannot guarantee that I will be able to return them to you.

Share the studio at the beginning ou at the end of your stay
The studio must be ready to be handed over at 1:00 PM.
But so that everyone can enjoy the most of their stay, you can drop off your belongings in the studio on the day of your arrival and go skiing for the day, or leave your belongings in the studio on the day of departure and come back to collect them at the end of the day.
For this purpose, everyone share the keys on the first and last day by leaving them in the secure box if they need to be away, to allow others to drop off or collect their belongings.
Departing people must leave the studio clean before going out so that those arriving can settle into a clean studio. A WhatsApp video call will be conducted in the morning to confirm that the studio has been properly tidied up.
