Arrival time :
I have established these general rules to provide a framework, and above all to avoid misunderstandings between tenants:Arrival: The studio can be checked into at 1:00 PM.

However, the arriving guest has the option of dropping off their belongings before 1:00 PM if they wish to fully enjoy their first day.
The departing guest will allow them to drop off their belongings.
Likewise, the arriving guest may keep the departing guest’s belongings in the afternoon to allow them to enjoy their day before leaving.
Sharing the keys :
To do so, on the first day (and the last day), arriving guests (or departing guests) must leave the keys in the secure lockbox if they leave the studio, so that others can drop off (or collect) their belongings before (and after) 1:00 PM.

If necessary, contact me to obtain the contact details of the person with whom you will coordinate the handover.
Turn on the electricity upon arrival (and turn it off when leaving). You need to press the green button to switch on the power (red to switch it off) on the main circuit breaker, which you will find on the left-hand wall as you enter.

Studio tour, Inventory

Upon your arrival, please take a moment to check the studio and ensure that it has been left clean by the previous tenants.
If there is any issue, please call me as soon as possible and send me as much information as possible so that we can review the situation together. If necessary, I will withhold the cleaning deposit (€200) from the previous tenants and arrange for the appropriate action to be taken.

For your information regarding the deposit: The rates charged by cleaning service providers range from €70 to €300 depending on the general condition of the studio and the urgency of the intervention. I will withhold the deposit in the event of a clear failure to comply.
The inventory can be carried out quickly. It mainly concerns the furniture and household appliances.
Equipment
There is everything you need to fully enjoy your mountain vacation.

There are the must-haves: a raclette machine and a fondue set. How could you possibly go without them in the land of Beaufort cheese? 🧀

The kitchen is equipped with a Senseo coffee machine (remember to bring coffee pods), a kettle, a small oven, a microwave, a toaster, a small fridge, and all the necessary tableware for 4 people.

I also leave some basic condiments available (salt, pepper, sugar, oil, vinegar), but if I haven’t been to the studio recently and the previous guests used a lot, some items may be missing.
Cleaning products and trash bags are also provided (subject to the previous guests not having used everything).
Please note that the cooktop can sometimes be locked. It may switch to “Lock” mode and display “Lo” on the control panel.
To unlock it, press and hold your index finger for a few seconds on the key icon on the right — it should then work again.
See the video below to unlock the cooktop:

Please remember to bring toilet paper (and your own linens, as I already mentioned…).
A vacuum cleaner is available. Please make sure to plug it in so it will be charged when you want to use it.
P.S.: The black heater shown in the photo is not in service. It is only used to provide heat during off-season periods, when the central heating is insufficient. If needed, you will find a small fan heater.
