STUDIO TOUR / INVENTORY
Welcome !
Upon your arrival, please take a moment to check the studio and ensure that it has been left clean by the previous tenants.
If there is any issue, please call me as soon as possible and send me as much information as possible so that we can review the situation together. If necessary, I will withhold the cleaning deposit (€300) from the previous tenants and arrange for the appropriate action to be taken.
For your information regarding the deposit: the rates charged by cleaning service providers range from €100 to €300 depending on the overall condition of the studio and, above all, the urgency of the intervention. I will withhold the deposit in the event of a clear failure to comply.
The inventory can be carried out quickly. It mainly concerns the furniture and household appliances.
Studio Equipment :
There is everything you need to fully enjoy your mountain vacation.
You will find the must-haves: a raclette machine and a fondue set. How could you possibly go without them in the land of Beaufort cheese? 🧀
The kitchen is equipped with a Senseo coffee machine, a kettle, a dishwasher (remember to bring dishwasher tablets), an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a small fridge, and all the necessary tableware for 6 people.
There is a vacuum cleaner cleaning products.
If the previous tenants haven’t used everything up, you will find condiments, oil, and vinegar.
There is no ski locker in the residence. Skis must be brought into the studio and placed in the entrance, behind the door, in a plastic tray that collects the melting snow.
Please remember to empty the water regularly.
