Please have a look, and call me at +33 6 98 26 25 66 if you have any other questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Location of the studio<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The studio is located in the heart of the Charvet neighborhood, close to shops and practically at the foot of the slopes. To view it on a map (All\u00e9e des Terrasses), see here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Parking<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are several parking options for your car: a covered car park or outdoor car parks lower down on the Arc 1800 road (see the map above).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For vehicles not equipped for snow, you can park your car in Bourg\u2011Saint\u2011Maurice (funicular parking) and take the funicular up, then the shuttle to Arc 1800 (you\u2019ll receive all the details when I send the practical information for your stay).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These car parks are not free ( about \u20ac100 per week in winter) and you should previously booking them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To book:  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lesarcs.com\/parkings-arc-1800\">https:\/\/www.lesarcs.com\/parkings-arc-1800<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> When making a reservation, select the <strong><em>Arc 1800<\/em><\/strong> resort and your residence \u201c<strong><em>Miravidi<\/em><\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Shops<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You\u2019ll find many restaurants, grocery stores, and sports shops at 200 m from the studio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Storing skis<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There is no ski locker in the residence. Skis can be brought inside and stored behind the door. They can be placed on a plastic tray to catch melting snow and avoid flooding the studio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Arrival \/ Departure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The keys will be waiting for you in a key safe accessible 24\/7.<br>The information needed to retrieve the keys will be sent one week before your arrival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the studio is occupied on your arrival or departure day, it should be vacated by 1:00 p.m. The departing guest must clean so that arriving guests can take possession of a clean studio. We will do a webcam to check that the studio is clean.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Beds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>One sofa bed 130\u00d7190 for 2 people<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Two trundle beds in the living room (90\u00d7200)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Two bunk beds in an alcove (90\u00d7190)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Duvets, blankets, and pillows are provided in the studio, but please remember to bring your own bed and bath linen, or rent them (see next section).<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Linen rental<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can rent linen from \u201cAll Services Montagne.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Price is about \u20ac20 for a single bed, \u20ac28 for a double bed. It\u2019s a bit more expensive if you also rent towels. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please check their website (and be mindful of the shop\u2019s opening hours for picking up your linen based on your arrival time).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.allservicesmontagne.com\/reservation\/\">Web site AllServicesMontage<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(or directly here to book bed linen: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.allservicesmontagne.com\/reservation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/www.allservicesmontagne.com\/reservation\/<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can also contact them at <strong><a href=\"mailto:contact@allservicesmontagne.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">contact@allservicesmontagne.com<\/a><\/strong> or by phone at <strong>+33 (0)4 79 07 60 17<\/strong> to reserve your bed linen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Just as a reminder, the studio has <strong>4 single beds (90 cm)<\/strong> and <strong>1 sofa bed (140 cm)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finally, the shop where you can collect the bed linen is located <strong>only 300 metres from the studio<\/strong>, exactly here:<br><a href=\"https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/q4zNtjFWyn7AGTiJ8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/q4zNtjFWyn7AGTiJ8<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Studio equipment<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You\u2019ll find a Senseo coffee machine (bring your pods), a kettle, raclette and fondue sets, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, and a dishwasher (bring your tablets).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There is all the necessary tableware, and condiments if previous guests haven\u2019t used them up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are also cleaning products for housekeeping, a vacuum cleaner, and a mop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>End\u2011of\u2011stay cleaning<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cleaning must be done at the end of your stay. The inventory\/inspection will be done via WhatsApp video.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In case of non\u2011compliance, a cleaning deposit may be withheld (see below).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Deposit<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For Airbnb guests, the deposit is covered by Airbnb. There is nothing to do.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For others (direct booking, Booking, etc.), I will send you a link to Swikly.com that allows you to register a bank\u2011card imprint.
