Feel free to call me (at +33 6 98 26 25 66) or ask me to send you the link to the welcome booklet ahead of time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the meantime, here is a small selection of the frequently asked questions my guests ask me after booking. There are stairs running along the residence. During the winter school holidays, you may need to drive around a bit, and it can be easier to come back and park in the evening once some spaces have been freed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There is a drop-off area close to the residence for unloading your luggage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Shops<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are many restaurants, grocery stores, and sports shops within a 200\u202fm radius of the studio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ski storage<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will use a locked ski locker located in the walkway. You can leave your skis there and walk up to the studio with lighter gear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"269\" height=\"429\" src=\"https:\/\/studioarcs.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/CasierSki525.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-502\" srcset=\"https:\/\/studioarcs.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/CasierSki525.png 269w, https:\/\/studioarcs.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/CasierSki525-188x300.png 188w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 269px) 100vw, 269px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Early or late arrival \/ Early or late departure<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you arrive early or late and the studio is already vacated, you will find the keys in a key box. This means you can arrive at any time, 24\/7.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"264\" height=\"234\" src=\"https:\/\/studioarcs.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Boitiercles525.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-503\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the studio is occupied on the day of your arrival or departure, it must be vacated at 1:00\u202fp.m. The departing guest is required to clean the studio so that the incoming guests can settle into a clean space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Beds<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There is a loft bed (140\u00d7190\u202fcm) for 2 people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are also 2 pull-out beds in the living room (90\u00d7200\u202fcm).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"865\" height=\"649\" src=\"https:\/\/studioarcs.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/16006.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-240\" srcset=\"https:\/\/studioarcs.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/16006.png 865w, https:\/\/studioarcs.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/16006-300x225.png 300w, https:\/\/studioarcs.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/16006-768x576.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 865px) 100vw, 865px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Duvets, blankets, and pillows are available in the studio, but please remember to bring your own bed linen and towels, or rent them (see the next section).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Linen rental<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can rent linen from the concierge service in Arc\u202f1600. However, please make sure that the shop\u2019s opening hours match your arrival time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are 3 beds : one 140 cm and two 90 cm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Comptoir des Arcs is there, at 300m of the studio : <a href=\"https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/guHpYMebqFkMFDo96?g_st=ipc\">https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/guHpYMebqFkMFDo96?g_st=ipc<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You should reserve the linen by mail at contact@lecomptoirdesarcs.com<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can call them at +33 4 79 06 79 12<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They are opened 14h to 19h.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.conciergerie-services-savoie.fr\">Site web du Comptoir des Arcs<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Studio equipment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The studio is equipped with a SENSEO coffee machine (bring your own pods), a kettle, a raclette grill and a fondue set, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, and a television.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All necessary dishes and utensils are provided, as well as condiments if previous guests haven\u2019t used them up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cleaning products are also available, along with a mop and a vacuum cleaner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>End-of-stay cleaning<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The cleaning must be done at the end of your stay. A video call will be carried out to complete the check-out inspection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the cleaning is not done properly, a cleaning deposit may be withheld.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>HEATING:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The studio is very well heated during the resort\u2019s opening periods (the underfloor heating is very efficient).
