You need to press the green button to switch on the power (red to switch it off) on the main circuit breaker, which you will find on the left-hand wall as you enter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Studio tour, Inventory <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Upon your arrival, please take a moment to check the studio and ensure that it has been left clean by the previous tenants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If there is any issue, please call me as soon as possible and send me as much information as possible so that we can review the situation together. If necessary, I will withhold the cleaning deposit (\u20ac200) from the previous tenants and arrange for the appropriate action to be taken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For your information regarding the deposit: The rates charged by cleaning service providers range from \u20ac70 to \u20ac300 depending on the general condition of the studio and the urgency of the intervention. I will withhold the deposit in the event of a clear failure to comply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The inventory can be carried out quickly. It mainly concerns the furniture and household appliances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n There is everything you need to fully enjoy your mountain vacation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n There are the must-haves: a raclette machine and a fondue set. How could you possibly go without them in the land of Beaufort cheese? \ud83e\uddc0<\/p>\n\n\n\n The kitchen is equipped with a Senseo coffee machine<\/strong> (remember to bring coffee pods), a kettle, a small oven, a microwave, a toaster, a small fridge, and all the necessary tableware for 4 people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I also leave some basic condiments available (salt, pepper, sugar, oil, vinegar), but if I haven\u2019t been to the studio recently and the previous guests used a lot, some items may be missing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Cleaning products and trash bags are also provided (subject to the previous guests not having used everything).<\/p>\n\n\n\n Please note that the cooktop<\/strong> can sometimes be locked.
