The next guests will do the same and may be more demanding than you were.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cleaning deposit:<\/strong><br>Cleaning service providers at the resort charge between \u20ac70 and \u20ac300 depending on the overall condition of the studio and the urgency. I may have to retain the deposit in the event of a clear failure to meet the cleaning requirements in order to arrange the necessary service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But rest assured, I know the general condition of the studio and I will be able to distinguish between a lack of cleanliness on the part of a tenant and an issue related to the maintenance of the studio itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"listemenage\"><strong>To provide clear guidelines regarding cleaning<\/strong>, thank you for ensuring the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In the bathroom:<\/strong><br>Empty the small trash bin, clean the toilet bowl, clean the shower, sink, and countertop, and clean the floor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In the kitchen area:<\/strong><br>Make sure the countertop is clean, dishes are washed and put away, shelves are clean, oven and microwave are clean, fridge is emptied and cleaned, and thoroughly clean the raclette and fondue appliances if you have used them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In the living room:<\/strong><br>Tidy it as it was when you arrived. Thoroughly clean and fold the table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Beds:<\/strong><br>Remove any crumbs from the beds, as well as any hair. If you have a large amount of trash, you may also dispose of it in the containers provided for this purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"leaving\">When leaving<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Please fold the chairs and the table.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Turn off the electricity if I have asked you to do so.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Let me know if there has been any damage or breakage so that I can arrange for replacements. Don\u2019t worry \u2014 everyone ends up breaking a plate or a glass at some point\u2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Before leaving, please check around to make sure you haven\u2019t forgotten anything.
